Buy gifts this holiday season with confidence! My Lala will be extending customer return times to make room for the Holidays and Gifts. 

All order purchased in the month of December will have a full month extension for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Times

The average processing time for orders is 1-3 days, we work around the clock to ship items to you as quick as possible!

Orders under 1 lb ship USPS First class and approximate a 1-3 day delivery time.

Orders over 1 lb ship USPS Priority and approximate a 1-2 day delivery time.

Large or Bulk purchases may be shipped Boxed with UPS for quality and delivery control purposes. These shipments are insured delivery shipments with UPS and may take 3-5 days for Delivery. 

**Holiday Seasons and Extremely High Volumes Time May Cause Delays** 

Returns & Exchanges:

We charge a $3.50 restocking fee on returned items. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. (Please note, the stocking fee is to cover the initial shipping cost.)

My Lala Leggings wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days for a refund of the leggings. You also have 30 days for an exchange. All returns sent to us must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. The shipping costs on the item(s) being returned/exchanged will not be covered by My Lala Leggings and must be paid for by the customer.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Fill out the returns card that came with your order, add your order number, reason for return and any other needed information. 

We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.

*We only accept returns on items that are in New, Unused Condition. All items must have the original tags attached.*

*Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and email confirmation will be sent.

*Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process with your financial institution.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please, let us know! 
Email support@mylalaleggings.com if you receive a damaged or defective item.
Please include your name, order number and photos of the damage.

My Lala Leggings is not responsible for mail loss, theft or incorrect and/or insufficient mailing address entries.
