I had two issues with my other pair of leggings from LALA Leggings. Customer Service is not helping me out with the issue, I was not given a return label therefore they do not waive the shipping cost. I am not paying for shipping cost for an error that was on my pants that they did. I've given up on customer service. First they told me my email ended up in their spam folder and then they don't respond with a way to help me out and then I emailed them again and said, "Well? Are you going to help me out?" They said just ship it back for a replacement with no address to send it to or a shipping label attached. Made me think I might not get my pants back if I pick some random address on their website. I responded again and said, "Where the information I need to send it back?" It's been days and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
